Study of THP-autoantibodies production by donors and recipients of kidney's transplantats and their influence on changes of THP-level in urine

We have elaborated diagnostic system for definition of Tamm-Horsfall protein (THP), which consist of antigenic diagnosticum and immune serum. We have estimated consistence of THP in urine samples from peoples without kidneys pathology, by pregnant woman, donors and recipients of kidney's transplantats. With help of this system we have estimated autoantibodies production to THP.
