Правовые механизмы секъюритизации ипотечных кредитов

Legal mechanisms of the securitization of hypothecary credits

Article of the Ph.D. in Law, associate professor of the Peoples` Friendship University of Russia V.F. Pon`ka (e-mail: Vfponka@mail.ru) is devoted to consideration of the questions connected with development of institute of the securitization of hypothecary credits. The author investigates a legal retrospective show of occurrence of legal mechanisms of the securitization in the various states, analyzes optimum legal operating conditions of mechanisms of the securitization.
