The national mechanism of realization of norms of the international criminal law

The article considers general theoretical aspects of correlation of the systems of international and national criminal law. It analyzes interaction of international and national law, formal-legal ways of application of norms of international law in the state territory, ways of settling collision of national and international law norms on the subject under consideration.
