Особенности ревитализации исторических индустриальных сооружений: концептуальные подходы

В статье проанализирована актуальность изучения зарубежных и отечественных практик ревитализации, рассмотрено использование архитектурных приёмов при ревитализации промышленных объектов разного функционального назначения. Описаны общие принципы реализации архитектурного решения данных объектов. Данное исследование связано с необходимостью в рефункционализации, обусловленной рядом причин: моральный и физический износ зданий, развитие технических возможностей, недостаток площадей под новое строительство. The article analyzes the relevance of studying foreign and domestic revitalization practices, considers the use of architectural techniques in the revitalization of industrial facilities of various functional purposes. The general principles of the implementation of the architectural solution of these objects are described. This study is related to the need for refunctionalization due to a number of reasons: moral and physical deterioration of buildings, development of technical capabilities, lack of space for new construction. The territories of industrial enterprises within urban planning policy are one of the most important components in shaping the image of the city and solving social issues. Preserved industrial facilities and their territory are an integral part of the urban environment. Industrial architecture largely determines the peculiar features of many industrial districts of different cities, but today most industrial sites of industrial heritage are isolated from the urban environment. Currently, many industrial enterprises have lost their original function. Their territory is considered as a potential reserve for the further development of urban space by adapting industrial facilities to a new function.
