Histochemical characteristics of the pancreas in calves from diseases of the digestive system were studied. In the development of gastro-intestinal pathology in calves in the pancreas histochemically low activity of nonspecific esterases of carboxylic acids in the acini, and alkaline phosphatase and succinate dehydrogenase were revealed in the endocrine part.
