SELECTION OF A CRITICAL POPULATION GROUP FOR THE STUDY OF ENVIRONMENTAL SITUATION OF THE TERRITORY

The article covers the selection of a critical population group for studying the effects of radioactive radiation on health. The object of the study is health status of the population living in the area where the nuclear power plant is located. Children of perenatal period and babies may be most affected by the operation of nuclear power plants due to their anatomical and physiological characteristics. Therefore, for studying the health status of the population living in the area where the nuclear power plant is located, children of the perinatal period and babies will be selected as a critical group.
