LEGAL ASPECTS OF IMPROVING ENVIRONMENTAL SAFETY IN THE FIELD OF AGRICULTURE

In the Russian Federation, modern agriculture is accompanied by problems related to the deterioration of land as a result of anthropogenic pressure, as a result of which fertile and productive land is decreasing and the area of degraded land is increasing. Although the city is currently experiencing a decline in the amount of agricultural land and potential acreage, every effort should be made to restore soil fertility and potential. It is important to note that the increasing anthropogenic human impact on soil cover requires immediate intervention and measures to restore the condition of land and natura resources. The condition of mineral, soil and natural resources, competent and ecologically safe farming and land use have a huge impact on the life of the state, economy, culture and environmental security. The national task is to ensure environmental security throughout the Russian Federation. Entering the path of sustainable development is an important stage for any state and society, but this path is impossible without long-term stability. Therefore, it is necessary to solve the problem of environmental security through decisionmaking.
