In this paper there is studied cardio-respiratory system reaction of women with climacteric syndrome of severe degree, depending on the type of vegetative homeostasis before and after plasmapheresis application. After a course of plasmapheresis there is noted a significant increase of breathing time in closed volume compared to the initial data: at sympathicotonia - by 25.3%, at vagotonia - by 8.1%, at hypersympathicotonia - by 13.4%. Results of the study showed that the plasmapheresis application contributes to mobilization of organism functional reserves, increase of cardio-respiratory system efficiency at rest and in extreme conditions
