SUBSTANTIATION OF THE POSSIBILITY OF USING WASTE FROM THE AGRICULTURAL SECTOR AS A BASIS FOR THE PRODUCTION OF FUNCTIONAL FOOD

Population growth is still a characteristic current process of today and the near future. As well as the need to feed the population, due to which the amount of produced food and waste, including from their production, is increasing. And all this is associated with one more problem - the problem of food shortage - hunger. At the same time, food waste often has a good composition of nutrients and in the absence of processing or minimal processing can be used in food, thereby reducing the problem of hunger, since with the competent organization of processes the cost of such product is expected to be lower than from raw material.
