This article discusses the modern view of the problem of diagnosis of secretoryinfertility in men. Employees of the Department of Clinical Andrology People’s Friendship University developed and introduced into clinical practice algorithm for the examination of men who can accurately diagnoseand identify the causes of male infertility.
