THREATS TO THE EXTINCTION OF CORAL REEFS

This article will consider what are the threats of extinction of coral reefs. Endangered factors such as climate change, including rising water temperatures and ocean acidity, as well as anthropogenic factors such as unorganized tourism and habitat pollution will be considered. The consequences of the disappearance of coral reefs will be analyzed, as well as measures for their conservation and restoration, including the creation of protected marine areas and increased control over human activities in the reef area. The results of the study highlight the need for an integrated approach to protecting coral reefs.
