THE “INDUSTRIAL PARK” OF THE MAGNIT RETAIL CHAIN AS A TOOL OF ITS OWN MANUFACTURE

The article discusses the creation of an "Industrial Park" by PJSC “Magnit”, which contributes to the implementation of a strategy aimed at developing its own manufacture. Own manufacture itself is the production of products on its own equipment, by its own personnel, in premises owned by the enterprise, or leased areas, which allows the company to the quality of products at all stages of the production cycle, as well as ensure the best price /quality ratio of the product [5]. The “Industrial Park” project is an important strategic tool for the development of PJSC “Magnit”, which allows the company to strengthen its competitive position by offering high-quality products of their private labels at affordable prices, to develop innovations through the introduction of new technologies, the development of unique formulations and the expansion of geography, as the “Industrial Park” becomes a platform for the expansion of “Magnit” to new regions, provides logistics availability of fresh food [1].
