Allergic rhinitis (AR) in children is a common atopic condition with nasal and non-nasal symptoms, which is closely related to asthma. The review presents the basic statements of Aria Guidelines 2008 which include important information on current state of art in diagnostics and management of AR in children which are important for routine clinical practice of pediatricians and pediatric allergists.
