Competitorum Type Technopark as a Way of Innovative Development

This article is devoted to the problem of development of technoparks in the Russian Federation. Here the situation with technoparks, both in our country and abroad, is briefly described and possible ways to improve this situation are presented. As an example of one of such ways a project of the technopark «Competitorum» on the basis of the former second bearing plant in Moscow is reviewed.
