Приведен опыт развитых стран в области стимулирования внедрения энергосберегающих технологий. Рассмотрена роль государственных органов в определении основных направлений энергосберегающей политики, разработке финансово-налоговых и законодательных механизмов, стимулирующих энергосбережение.

Foreign experience of stimulation of power saving up actions

Experience of the developed countries in the field of stimulation of introduction of power saving up technologies is resulted. The role of state structures in definition of the basic directions of a power saving up policy, working out of the financially-tax and legislative mechanisms stimulating power savings is considered.
