The author presents the results of the comparative analysis of the key factors related to the real insurance/reinsurance system (insurance pool) optimization. The analysis is based on the implementation of the innovative IT-system has unique innovative structure within the insurance system operation. The author also provides the results of time-expenses optimization due the IT-system implementation and at the present moment the second part of the experiment is being held to introduce the results of the financial costs optimization.
