In article it is considered factors of environment which influence the industrial enterprise considered from a position of social and economic system. It is noted that considering the industrial enterprise as social and economic system, it is necessary to look for ways of effective management in the course of its adaptation to the unstable market environment. Influence of factors of environment on the industrial enterprise, on results of its activity is described.
