Богоматерь Нильская: от катехизиса к террору

Статья выявляет несоответствия между актантными ролями, выделенными на основе модели А. Греймаса, для персонажей романа С. Мукасонги «Богоматерь Нильская», и действиями этих персонажей, противоречащими базовой модели дара и дарителя, на которой должен быть основан курс катехизации в католическом лицее. Этнический конфликт, вылившийся в массовые убийства в постколониальной Руанде, описанный в романе, иллюстрирует выявленные в ходе анализа противоречия.

The article reveals incompatibilities between the actant roles, identified on the basis of A. Greimas's model, for the characters of S. Mukasonga's novel "Our Lady of the Nile", and the actions of these characters, which contradict the basic model of the gift and the giver, on which the catechesis course in the Catholic lyceum should be based. The ethnic conflict, which resulted in mass murders in postcolonial Rwanda, described in the novel, illustrates the contradictions revealed during the analysis.
