ПРЕДМЕТ РАМОЧНОГО ПРАВОВОГО РЕГУЛИРОВАНИЯ: ПОНЯТИЕ И ХАРАКТЕРНЫЕ ОСОБЕННОСТИ

В статье проанализированы особенности использования рамочного правового регулирования, как метода праворегулирования, раскрываются его технико-юридические особенности. Устанавливается, что при помощи комплекса правовых норм объем содержания правоотношения изменяется, что влияет на степень определенности предмета праворегулирования.

The article analyzes the features of using the method of framework legal regulation.
