ВНЕДРЕНИЕ ЗАРУБЕЖНОГО ОПЫТА ИСПОЛЬЗОВАНИЯ БЕСПИЛОТНЫХ СРЕДСТВ УПРАВЛЕНИЯ

Ориентация России на Азиатско-Тихоокеанский регион в ключевых отраслях экономики способствует развитию обмена практическим опытом по использованию технологий научно-технического прогресса. Автором предлагается внедрение «дорожной карты для беспилотных средств управления» с имплементацией зарубежного опыта регулирования таких государств как Япония, Китай и Сингапур (далее - проект дорожной карты). Комплексное внедрение опыта зарубежных стран и проект дорожной карты разработаны в целях поэтапного планирования ввода в эксплуатацию беспилотных транспортных средств каждого уровня автономности транспорта согласно международному стандарту SAE International.

Russia's orientation towards the Asia-Pacific region in key sectors of the economy contributes to the development of the exchange of practical experience in the use of technologies of scientific and technological progress. The author proposes the introduction of a "roadmap for unmanned controls" with the implementation of foreign experience in regulating such states as Japan, China and Singapore (hereinafter referred to as the draft roadmap). The comprehensive implementation of the experience of foreign countries and the draft roadmap have been developed for the phased planning of the commissioning of unmanned vehicles of each level of vehicle autonomy in accordance with the international standard SAE International.
