The commercial bank employee's appraisal point scale by the indicators of competence level is proposed in the article. It allows ranging their accordance to official positions.This scale also includes a many-sided analysis of the employees' professional characteristics, taking into account their personal and functional abilities. Such a method is efficient and allows to predict the activity results of the front office staff.
