С позиции сравнительно-правового анализа рассматриваются концепции Федеральных законов о местном самоуправлении. Выделяются и анализируются концептуальные и наиболее значимые для развития местного самоуправления в Российской Федерации положения законов.

In this article are considered the concepts of Federal laws on local government from a position of the comparative legal analysis. There are allocated and analyzed the conceptual and the most important provisions of laws for the development of local self-government in the Russian Federation.
