COMPARATIVE CHARACTERIZATION OF THE STANDARDS OF YOUNG CATTLE IN FRANCE AND RUSSIA

The purpose of this article is a comparative analysis of the French and Russian standards and matching the main indicators according to the carcass weight of young beef cattle. A comparative analysis showed differences, particularly, in the carcasses weight of young cattle and objective indicators of meat quality from animals of different age, gender and productivity lines.
