On the issue of the labor status of a deputy of a representative body of a municipal formation

The article analyzes the legal aspects of the labor status of a deputy of a representative body of a municipal formation based on a study of the genesis of the institute of social and other guarantees established at the federal level, as well as the practice of their consolidation at the level of subjects of the Russian Federation. In addition, topical issues of law enforcement of labor legislation in relation to deputies of representative bodies of municipalities and the problems of correlation of labor legislation with special legislation regulating the labor status of these persons are considered.
