В статье рассматривается отличительные особенности наукоемких предприятии от других видов предприятии. Также изучены возможности внедрения цифровых технологии в процесс управления кадрами в наукоемких отраслях промышленности и ожидаемые результаты от их применения.

The article considers the features that distinguish science-intensive enterprises from the other types of enterprise. Also the possibilities of introducing digital technology into the process of talent management in knowledge-intensive industries and the expected results from their use are analyzed.
