В статье исследуются меры превентивного характера в отношении несовершеннолетних в Германии, общая и специальная превенция, а так же полицейская превенция. Рассматривается роль и место в работе с несовершеннолетними органов федеральных земель и местных органов самоуправления.

PREVENTIVE MEASURES IN RELATION TO ADOLESCENTS IN GERMANY

The article deals with the preventive measures in relation to adolescents in Germany, the general and the special prevention, as well as the police prevention. It also covers the role and place of the authorities of federal units (Bundesländer) and local authorities in the work with adolescents.
