Innovation is often seen as the application of better solutions that meet new requirements, the fragmentation of needs, or existing market needs. Research the corporate culture of successful companies shows that innovation culture stems from the corporate culture. It harmonizesbehavior in different functional areas through common values and unwritten rules of conduct. In addition, it promotes synergies between the units. The paper considers the readiness and motivation of innovative ideas in the corporate environment.
