Исторические этапы развития системы защиты прав человека в рамках ЛАГ

В статье анализируются основные исторические этапы развития системы защиты прав человека в деятельности Лиги арабских государств (далее - ЛАГ, Лига). Исследование охватывает эволюцию подходов к защите прав человека в течение всего периода деятельности Лиги арабских государств, начиная с момента создания организации и закрепления в ее учредительном акте основных целей деятельности. В статье рассматриваются ключевые события, решения и реформы, повлиявшие на формирование системы защиты прав человека в организации. Особое внимание уделяется влиянию политических и социокультурных процессов на развитие подходов к защите прав человека в регионе, а также мерам, принимаемым в рамках ЛАГ в качестве ответа на вызовы и угрозы в области обеспечения соблюдения и защиты прав человека на территории ее государств-членов. В заключении подводятся итоги исследования и даются рекомендации по дальнейшим действиям, направленным на укрепление системы защиты прав человека в Лиге арабских государств.

The article analyzes the main historical stages of the development of the human rights protection system in the activities of the League of Arab States (hereinafter referred to as the LAS, the League). The study covers the evolution of approaches to the protection of human rights throughout the entire period of the League of Arab States, starting from the creation of the organization and the consolidation of the main goals of its activities in its founding act. The article examines the key events, decisions and reforms that influenced the formation of the human rights protection system in the organization. Particular attention is paid to the influence of political and socio-cultural processes on the development of approaches to the protection of human rights in the region, as well as to the measures taken within the LAS in response to challenges and threats in the field of ensuring respect for and protection of human rights in the territory of its member states. The conclusion summarizes the study and provides recommendations for further actions aimed at strengthening the human rights protection system in the League of Arab States.
