Настоящая статья рассматривает вопросы, связанные с взысканием алиментов с бывших супругов. Выявлены пробелы в правовом регулировании алиментных обязательств бывших супругов, намечены пути их решения.

This article addresses issues related to the recovery of alimony from former spouses. Identified gaps in the legal regulation of the maintenance obligations of the former spouses, outlined ways to solve them.
