FOOD EXPERIENCE КАК ПОДХОД К ИЗУЧЕНИЮ РУССКОГО ЯЗЫКА КАК ИНОСТРАННОГО

Автор рассматривает феномен «food experience» в лингвострановедческом контексте обучения русскому языку как иностранному. Изучается возможность формирования коммуникативных, лингвистических и социо-культурных компетенций, способствующих диалогу культур в ходе кулинарных мастер-классов и гастрономических туров.

The author considers the phenomenon of «food experience» in the linguistic and cultural context of teaching Russian as a foreign language. The possibility of developing communicative, linguistic and socio-cultural competencies that promote the dialogue of cultures during culinary workshops and gastronomic tours is being studied.
