В статье рассматривается процесс управления продуктовой командой при создании современного IT-продукта. В рамках данной работы подразумевается описание всех стадий жизненного цикла продукта, а также ответственность каждого из члена команды на протяжении всего пути продукта. В статье подробно описывается последовательность действий команды и инструменты, которые используются на данных этапах.

The article discusses the process of managing a product team when creating a modern IT product. Within the framework of this work, a description of all stages of the product life cycle is implied, as well as the responsibility of each member of the team throughout the entire path of the product. The document describes in detail the sequence of actions of the command and the tools that are used at these stages.
