В статье рассмотрен круг проблем, связанных с возможностью выделения мигрантов в категорию специальных субъектов преступлений. Показаны способы решения данной проблемы в ряде зарубежных стран, в частности в Германии.

ON THE POSSIBILITY OF ALLOCATING MIGRANTS TO THE CATEGORY OF SPECIAL SUBJECTS OF CRIMES

The article considers a range of problems related to the possibility of allocating migrants to the category of special subjects of crimes. The ways of solving this problem in a number of foreign countries, in particular in Germany, are shown.
