В данной статье исследованы теоретические аспекты, касающиеся сфер реализации ГЧП проектов, проведен анализ, включающий в себя исследование отраслей по степени развития ГЧП в странах Латинской Америки, статистику стран по количеству ГЧП проектов и вложенным инвестициям, изучение конкретных примеров.
