ПЕРСПЕКТИВНЫЕ НАПРАВЛЕНИЯ РАЗВИТИЯ РОССИЙСКОГО РЫНКА СТРОИТЕЛЬНЫХ УСЛУГ В УСЛОВИЯХ ЗАПАДНЫХ САНКЦИЙ

Трудно переоценить важность функционирования строительной отрасли в аспекте обеспечения экономического роста страны, так как она играет ключевую роль в развитии инфраструктуры. Отличительной особенностью строительства является не только стабильный спрос на его услуги, но и возможность стратегического планирования и управления. Это позволяет государству активно влиять на трансформацию данной сферы, поддерживая строительство жилья, коммерческих и промышленных объектов. В статье выделяются особенности и перспективные направления развития рынка строительных услуг России в условиях вызовов нового времени. Определены аспекты санкционного давления на данную отрасль, выделены условия для возможного повышения конкурентоспособности отечественных представителей данной сферы на мировом рынке. Предмет исследования - механизмы преодоления кризисных явлений, оказывающих влияние на функционирование сферы оказания строительных услуг. Целью работы является определение дальнейших ориентиров развития российского рынка строительных услуг в условиях давления санкций Западных стран. Материалы и методы исследования основаны на анализе научнопрактической литературы, обобщении, синтезе мнений, графической интерпретации результатов. В результате произведен анализ имеющихся сведений по основным аспектам существования строительной отрасли в условиях санкционного давления, а также описание основных рекомендаций по преодолению кризиса. Выделяются существующие в настоящий момент проблемы, определены направления дальнейшей модернизации данной сферы. Произведен обзор научно-практических сведений, даны авторские выводы.

It is difficult to overestimate the importance of the functioning of the construction industry in terms of ensuring the economic growth of the country, as it plays a key role in the development of infrastructure. A distinctive feature of the construction is not only the stable demand for its services, but also the possibility of strategic planning and management. This allows the state to actively influence the transformation of this area by supporting the construction of housing, commercial and industrial facilities. The article highlights the features and promising areas of development of the Russian construction services market in the context of the challenges of modern times. The aspects of sanctions pressure on this industry are identified, and the conditions for a possible increase in the competitiveness of domestic representatives of this field in the global market are highlighted. The subject of the research is the mechanisms of overcoming crisis phenomena that affect the functioning of the construction services sector. The purpose of the work is to determine further guidelines for the development of the Russian construction services market under the pressure of Western sanctions. The research materials and methods are based on the analysis of scientific and practical literature, generalization, synthesis of opinions, and graphical interpretation of the results. As a result, an analysis of the available information on the main aspects of the construction industry's existence under sanctions pressure, as well as a description of the main recommendations for overcoming the crisis, was carried out. The problems that currently exist are highlighted, and the directions for further modernization of this area are identified. The review of scientific and practical information is made, the author's conclusions are given.
