THE POWERS OF LOCAL SELF-GOVERNMENT BODIES IN THE FIELD OF HOUSING RELATIONS

The article examines certain issues of the powers of local self-government bodies in the field of housing legal relations. The article presents an analysis of the resolution of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation No. 55-P dated 12/15/2022 regarding the delimitation of powers to recognize residential premises as unfit for habitation by a decision of local self-government bodies on the one hand and a judicial decision as a mechanism for protecting the right on the other hand.
