Adducts of a sterically hindered tellurium(iv) catecholate with diimines

The structures of sterically hindered tellurium(iv) 3,6-di-tert-butyl-catecholate Te(Cat36)2 and its adducts with various diimines were studied; the estimated strength of non-covalent interactions in the adducts is 0.6 to 5.6 kcal mol−1.
