Nonspecific pneumonias in the clinical picture of tuberculosis

A total of 52 cases of nonspecific pneumonia in patients with a history of pulmonary tuberculosis was studied; the patients were referred to a tuberculosis institution in view of suspected reactivation of tuberculosis. The author indicates a number of specific features to be considered in the differential diagnosis and in making a final diagnosis.
