Традиции и новации в управлении культурно-досуговой сферой в Китае

В условиях быстрого развития экономики и общества правильная организация свободного времени становится важной частью повышения качества жизни людей. В статье изучается управление культурно-досуговой сферой в Китае, анализируются отношения между традициями и инновациями и их совместное развитие. Исследование показывает, что традиционная модель управления, основанная на государственном руководстве и общественной пользе, удовлетворяет базовые культурные потребности людей через строительство и бесплатное открытие культурных объектов. В то же время инновации, такие как цифровые технологии, интеграция культуры и туризма, а также участие общественных сил в развитии культурной сферы, приносят новые идеи и повышают удобство, доступность и привлекательность услуг. Традиции и инновации дополняют друг друга. В обозримом будущем нужно продолжать объединять их, расширять предложение культурных услуг, соблюдать баланс между общественной пользой и рыночными механизмами, повышать качество и эффективность услуг, чтобы удовлетворить растущие культурные потребности людей. Статья предлагает теоретическую основу и содержит практические рекомендации для развития управления культурно-досуговой сферой Китая.

In the context of rapid economic and social development, cultural leisure has become an important part of improving people’s quality of life. This article examines the management of China’s cultural and leisure sector, analyzing the relationship between tradition and innovation and their synergistic development. The study shows that the traditional management model, based on state leadership and public welfare, meets people's basic cultural needs through the construction and free access to cultural facilities. At the same time, innovations such as digital technologies, the integration of culture and tourism, and the participation of public forces bring new ideas and enhance the convenience, accessibility, and appeal of services. Traditions and innovations complement each other: traditions provide a foundation for innovation, while innovations drive the evolution of traditions. In the foreseeable future, it is necessary to continue integrating traditions and innovations, improve the supply of cultural services, balance public welfare and market mechanisms, and enhance service quality and efficiency to meet the growing cultural demands of the people. This study provides a theoretical framework and practical recommendations for the development of cultural and leisure sector management.
