Обобщён опыт формирования функциональной грамотности в условиях цифровой трансформации, приведена сравнительная характеристика методических основ её формирования в России и в Китае, определены общие тенденции развития идеи функциональной грамотности в данных странах. Раскрываются содержание понятия «функциональная грамотность», а также эволюция подходов к трактовке данного понятия. Актуальность определяется требованиями современного общества к развитию многогранной личности, готовой к изменениям внешней среды и способной самостоятельно справляться с возникающими трудностями.
The article summarizes the experience of functional literacy formation in the current realities and provides a comparative description of the methodological foundations of its formation in Russia and China. The general trends in the development of functional literacy in the countries represented are identified. The work reveals the content of the concept of «functional literacy», as well as the specifics of the development of this concept in a historical context. The relevance of the article is determined by the requirements of modern society in the development of a personality capable of functioning successfully, ready for changes in the external environment and able to cope with emerging difficulties on their own. The object of research: functional literacy. The purpose of the article is to study the methodological foundations and specifics of the formation of functional literacy in the context of digital transformation. Research methods: the following theoretical methods were used in the course of the study: historical and philosophical, which allows us to trace the history of the development of functional literacy as a process; synthesis, which allows us to delve into the relationship between functional literacy and other areas of pedagogy; as well as a problematic method that allows us to identify shortcomings in the current system of digitalization of education and outline ways to improve it.
