Становление и развитие советской прессы для слепых и слабовидящих (1920-е - 1990-е годы)

Статья посвящена исследованию становления и развития советской прессы для незрячих людей (1920-1990 гг.). Основное внимание уделяется анализу ключевых этапов эволюции изданий, а также адаптации современных технологий под потребности и специфику людей с нарушениями зрения. Также в работе рассматривается роль Всероссийского общества слепых в формировании системы инклюзивных медиа, и влияния государственной политики на содержание и форматы изданий.

The article examines the formation and development of Soviet press for blind and visually impaired people (1920-1990). The study focuses on analysing key stages in the evolution of publications and the adaptation of modern technologies to meet the needs and specific requirements of people with visual impairments. The research also explores the role of the All-Russian Society of the Blind in developing an inclusive media system, as well as the influence of state policy on publication content and formats.
