Intravital microscopy (IVM) is a great tool to investigate multicellular living organism in all of its natural complexity. It combines precision of light microscopy with an ability to observe physiological processes in real-time of traditional magnetic resonance/ computed tomography imaging. In this work we demonstrate effectiveness of self-engineered dorsal skinfold chamber IVM model on examples of brightfield microscopy with passive spectral filtration to study vasculature in mice. © Stepanov M.E., Vlasov A.A., Demina P.A., Akasov R.A., Babayeva G., Generalova A.N., Khaydukov E.V., 2024.
