ПОЛОЖЕНИЕ ЖЕНЩИНЫ В ОБЩЕСТВЕННО-ПОЛИТИЧЕСКИХ РЕАЛИЯХ АЛЖИРА, МАРОККО И ТУНИСА

В настоящее время проблема гендерного неравенства в странах, где государственной религией является ислам, считается особенно актуальной. В данной работе ставится цель сопоставить общественно-политический строй в странах Магриба и положение женщин в нем. Исходя из этой цели, проводится сравнение законодательств указанных африканских стран и анализ статистических данных за 2022 г. для выявления страны с наиболее благоприятными предпосылками для достижения гендерного равенства.

The issue of gender inequality in countries where Islam is the state religion is now considered particularly relevant. The objective of this research is to compare social and political realities of the Maghreb countries and determine the status of women. Based on this objective, the legislation of these African countries is compared and the statistics for 2022 are analysed to identify the countries with the most favourable conditions for achieving gender equality.
