СОВРЕМЕННЫЕ СТРАТЕГИИ ВНЕДРЕНИЯ ЦИФРОВЫХ ТЕХНОЛОГИЙ В АГРАРНОМ СЕКТОРЕ СОЮЗНОГО ГОСУДАРСТВА: ОПЫТ РЕСПУБЛИКИ БЕЛАРУСЬ

В статье исследуются ключевые тенденции современного этапа цифровой трансформации предприятий аграрного сектора Союзного государства России и Беларуси. Выделены отраслевые особенности, отражающие специфику процессов внедрения передовых технологий в сельское хозяйство. Отдельное внимание уделено нормативно-правовой базе, регулирующей данные процессы. Акцент сделан на опыте, накопленном АПК Республики Беларусь. По результатам анализа литературных источников по исследуемой тематике произведен обоснованный отбор наиболее перспективных направлений цифровизации аграрного производства. Приведена классификация стратегий цифровизации сельскохозяйственных предприятий. Предложена схема выбора наиболее подходящей стратегии. Разработан ряд практических рекомендаций по интенсификации цифрового развития аграрного сектора Союзного государства.

The article examines the key trends of the current stage of digital transformation of enterprises in the agricultural sector of the Union State of Russia and Belarus. The industry features reflecting the specifics of the processes of introducing advanced technologies into agriculture are highlighted. Special attention is paid to the regulatory framework governing these processes. The emphasis is placed on the experience gained by the agro-industrial complex of the Republic of Belarus. Based on the results of the analysis of literary sources on the subject under study, a reasonable selection of the most promising areas of digitalization of agricultural production has been made. The classification of digitalization strategies of agricultural enterprises is given. A scheme for choosing the most appropriate strategy is proposed. A number of practical recommendations have been developed to intensify the digital development of the agricultural sector of the Union State.
