НАТОВСКАЯ СОСТАВЛЯЮЩАЯ ВО ВНЕШНЕЙ ПОЛИТИКЕ РУМЫНИИ ДО И ПОСЛЕ НАЧАЛА СВО

В данной работе, используя метод анализа внешней политики с его основными столпами, а именно системный подход и подход принятия решений, контент-анализ и исторический анализ, автор прослеживает внешнюю политику Румынии в контексте членства в НАТО до и после начала специальной военной операции России на Украине. С пониманием важности изменений в сфере безопасности в Европе, которые автоматически затрагивают Румынию, также проводится сравнительный анализ ситуации, учитывая противостояние России и коллективного Запада. На основании этих данных можно делать прогнозы относительно эволюции натовской составляющей во внешней политике Румынии. Автор пришел к выводу, что на данный момент внешняя политика Румынии по-прежнему прочно привязана к флангу НАТО, однако в будущем нельзя исключать изменений.

In this paper, using the method of foreign policy analysis with its main pillars, namely the systemic approach and decision-making approach, content analysis and historical analysis, the author traces Romania's foreign policy in the context of NATO's membership before and after the start of the Russian Special Military Operation in Ukraine. Understanding the importance of changes in the security sphere in Europe, which automatically affect Romania, a comparative analysis of the situation is also carried out, taking into account the confrontation between Russia and the collective West. Based on these data, it is possible to make predictions regarding the evolution of the NATO component in Romania's foreign policy. The author came to the conclusion that at the moment, Romania's foreign policy is still firmly tied to the flank of NATO, but changes cannot be ruled out in the future.
