Analysis on Digital Transformation of Enterprises in Northeast China: Innovation and Reform of Old Industrial Enterprises

The article analyzes the condition of old industrial enterprises in Northeast China and the difficulties these enterprises face in the process of digital transformation. The hypothesis of the study is that these enterprises and their development affect the industrialization processes in China. The main objective is to study their status and influence on the transformation of Northeast China. With the change of the speed of economic development and the introduction of environmental protection policy in China, the development condition of these old industrial enterprises becomes very serious. Based on statistical methods and data analysis, factors are formed to conclude that it is necessary to maintain the market access of Northeast China's enterprises, and provide a basis for the digital transformation of Northeast China's old enterprises into modern and innovative enterprises.

В статье анализируется состояние старых промышленных предприятий на Северо-Востоке Китая и трудности, с которыми сталкиваются эти предприятия в процессе цифровой трансформации. Гипотеза исследования заключается в том, что эти предприятия и их развитие влияют на процессы индустриализации в Китае. Основная задача заключается в изучении их состояния и влияния на трансформацию Северо-Восточного Китая. С изменением скорости экономического развития и введением политики охраны окружающей среды в Китае состояние развития этих старых промышленных предприятий становится очень серьезным. На основе статистических методов и анализа данных сформированы факторы, позволяющие сделать вывод о необходимости сохранять доступ предприятий Северо-Восточного Китая к рынку, а также создать основу для цифровой трансформации старых предприятий Северо-Восточного Китая в современные и инновационные.
