Автор статьи обращается к фундаментальным основаниям и к сегодняшней проблематике актуальной архитектурной среды в совокупности ключевых смыслов ее формирования: вопросов жизнеспособности пространства, диалога с пользователями, экологических аспектов и взаимосвязей природы и техники, тенденций многофакторной гибридизации и мотивов проявления индивидуальности архитектора.

The author of the article addresses both the foundational principles and the current issues of the contemporary architectural environment, examining them through the lens of key concepts integral to its formation: issues of the viability of space, dialogue with users, environmental aspects and the interrelationships of nature and technology, trends of multifactorial hybridization and motives for the manifestation of the architect's individuality.
