Вызовы и возможности сельскохозяйственной кооперации в странах-членах БРИКС и его партнерах

Данная статья является логическим продолжением цикла статей, посвященных историческим аспектам и опыту развития сельскохозяйственной кооперации в странах-членах БРИКС и его партнерах. С 06 января 2025 года полноправным членом БРИКС стала Индонезия. В ходе XVI саммита БРИКС 22-24 октября 2024 года была введена категория стран - партнеров БРИКС. В 2025 году им стала наряду с другими странами Федеративная Республика Нигерия. Целью исследования является выявление успешных практик развития сельскохозяйственной кооперации стран-членов БРИКС и его партнеров, что создаст основу для выстраивания взаимовыгодного сотрудничества в сфере развития сельскохозяйственной кооперации между странами-участниками объединения. Задачами исследования является изучение истории становления и развития сельскохозяйственных кооперативов, обзор государственной политики отдельных стран-членов БРИКС и его партнеров, направленной на поддержку сельскохозяйственных кооперативов, анализ кооперативной инклюзии и приверженности деятельности кооперативов кооперативным ценностям и принципам, сформулированным Международным кооперативным альянсом. Методология исследования включает анализ отчетной и статистической информации международных организаций, публикаций российских и зарубежных авторов, результатов проведенных международных конференций и научных исследований по проблемам развития сельскохозяйственной кооперации в разных странах мира.

The presented article is a logical continuation of the series of articles devoted to the historical aspects and experience of developing agricultural cooperation in the BRICS member countries and its partners. On January 6, 2025, Indonesia be-came a full member of BRICS. During the XVI BRICS summit on October 22-24, 2024, the category of BRICS' partner countries was introduced. In 2025, the Federal Republic of Nigeria became one of them, along with other countries. The purpose of the study is to identify successful practices in the development of ag-ricultural cooperation among the BRICS member countries and its partners, which will create the basis for building mutually beneficial cooperation in the field of agricultural cooperation between the member countries of the association. The objectives of the investigation are to study the history of the formation and development of agricultural cooperatives; review the state policy of individual BRICS member countries and its partners aimed at supporting agricultural coop-eratives; analyze cooperative inclusion and commitment of cooperatives to coop-erative values and principles formulated by the International Cooperative Alli-ance. The research methodology includes analysis of reporting and statistical in-formation from international organizations, publications by Russian and foreign authors, the results of international conferences and scientific research on the problems of developing agricultural cooperation in different countries.
