Роль врача физической и реабилитационной медицины при оформлении медицинской документации

Врач физической и реабилитационной медицины в соответствии с «Порядком организации медицинской реабилитации взрослых» 788н является руководителем мультидисциплинарной реабилитационной команды. На всех этапах медицинской реабилитации первичный осмотр пациента осуществляет врач физической и реабилитационной медицины, он принимает решение, кто из специалистов МДРК требуется пациенту. Совместное обсуждение пациента членами МДРК оформляется врачом ФРМ в виде консилиума МДРК, который содержит основные диагностические сведения о пациенте, цель и задачи на этап медицинской реабилитации, индивидуальный план медицинской реабилитации на курс. Сведения, вносимые врачом ФРМ в медицинскую документацию, являются предметом экспертизы.
