Инструменты Lean Construction для сокращения простоев на строительной площадке

Целью исследования является анализ применения инструментов бережливого строительства (Lean Construction) для сокращения простоев на строительных площадках. Рассматриваются основные методы организации работ, направленные на повышение предсказуемости, синхронизацию процессов и устранение потерь времени. В статье выделены ключевые инструменты Lean Construction - Last Planner System, Takt Planning & Control, 4D Building Information Modeling (4D BIM) и Kanban/Just-in-Time (JIT). Показано, что их комплексное использование позволяет снизить количество незапланированных остановок, повысить эффективность взаимодействия между участниками проекта и сократить общую продолжительность строительства.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the application of Lean Construction tools to reduce downtime on construction sites. Key work organization methods aimed at increasing predictability, synchronizing processes, and eliminating time losses are discussed. The article highlights key Lean Construction tools: Last Planner System, Takt Planning & Control, 4D Building Information Modeling (4D BIM), and Kanban/Just-in-Time (JIT). Their combined use has been shown to reduce the number of unplanned stoppages, improve the effectiveness of interactions between project participants, and shorten the overall construction time.
