This article discusses the prioritization of key aspects of the digital transformation strategy for energy companies. In today's market, where competition is increasing, digitalization has become a crucial factor in improving the efficiency and competitiveness of businesses. Using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP), developed by T. Saaty, we identify key elements of digitalization in the energy industry, such as big data, artificial intelligence, blockchain technology, and digital twins. Special attention is given to prioritizing strategic initiatives. The study may be of interest to specialists in energy, business leaders, and anyone interested in digitalization and its impact on the energy sector's development.
